Alter是位於臺南的一間知名酒吧，「A Point To」是一份Alter擴大感官野心的酒單。以熟悉的旅遊手冊為概念，加入了不熟悉的改變。由「日常生活」出發，透過「文化融合」，嘗試理解顛覆味蕾的衝擊與浪漫；與「時間」與空間一同對話，被動感受更迭的永恆。 透過多重的尺寸的組合，與多重的印刷工藝，包含孔版印刷，燙印打凹，以及專屬的客制橡皮筋等繁複的細節處理，具體化呈現alter酒單的企圖與想像。
Alter is a renowned bar in Tainan, and A Point To is a cocktail menu that expands its sensory ambitions. Inspired by familiar travel guides, it introduces unexpected changes.
Starting from everyday life, it explores the fusion of cultures, seeking to understand the romance and shock of flavors redefined. It engages in a dialogue with time and space, passively experiencing the eternity of change.
Through a combination of varied dimensions and intricate printing techniques—including risograph printing, embossing, foil stamping, and custom-designed rubber bands—this menu materializes Alter’s vision and imagination.
